- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst UPS to deal with. Kid with the shaggy black hair behind the counter does not care about his job at all. Does not want to answer questions or act helpful at all. UPS as a whole has been the worst to deal with. If you over night something expect to see a message on your tracking that says - "We've incorrectly sorted the package at our facility. This may cause at least one business day delay." Then when you ask for a refund they tell you its going to be two to four weeks. This franchise needs to go under.By Dairy Dunham, May 12, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I love this UPS location. The staff are knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. There's one guy that seems to always be there when I show up. He always greets customers as they walk through the door, even if the place is busy. Many of my packages are just pre-labeled drop offs. I worry at other stores my package won't get scanned or go missing if I don't watch them scan it in. I don't worry about that here. I've never had any issues.By Amber Day, November 02, 2016
