  Complete garbage! They "lost" $600 from my account and it took 3 weeks to put it back! Then the next day they took $200 from my account for being in the negative for so long! When i told them the negative was their mistake they said they have rules and regulations they must not break. I'm done with First Bank!

  You know, this place in particular has been nothing but trouble each time I've used it. The one on the other side of Castle Rock next to King Soopers is very nice with a helpful staff, but this one is anything like that. Each time I go there I am treated like a criminal. It takes about a half an hour just to deposit a simple check for me or my spouse. If it is my spouse's check, they refuse to let me do anything for it even though they are on the account with me. It is not right for them to keep me waiting and to keep going back and forth to their supervisors just because I do not look like a rich person. I am tired of being treated like dirt. Beyond that, they love to lie and to make me wait days to see my deposit. They always say it will be in right away or that it will take just a few hours; come to find out when I call the support line the tellers put a hold on my deposits to see if they where even real and I wasn't going to get my money for a couple of days. I could understand this if they where large amounts and something fishy was going on around it, but when I am nice and friendly I do not enjoy getting treated like dirt and a criminal. Overall this specific branch needs a whole new staff. Everyone in there has always been rude and discriminate towards me and I have had about enough of it.
