  This was my second home purchase and I was new to using a mortgage broker. I didn’t know what to expect, and was very happy I made the decision to choose Kay Cleland for this process. The Colorado real estate market moves fast, but not too fast for Kay! Her ability to work quickly to meet important deadlines is one of her greatest strengths. Kay let me know exactly what I needed to do and how soon I needed to do it. I work full-time and have three young children; Kay kept me on track and helped me avoid feeling overwhelmed. She seems extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business, and I felt confident that she was paying attention to every detail. The closing went smoothly, and I thank her for making the process as painless as possible. She was a pleasure to work with!

  Our experience working with Kay was wonderful. She helped us get all our documentation pulled together and quickly got us qualified. Once we found a place, Kay was able to get us a very good rate on our mortgage. And she arranged to have the closing at our store, which meant we were able to get it done with the least hassle possible. I would recommend that anyone looking for a mortgage, a re-finance, or a reverse mortgage to contact Kay first.

  After my initial contact with Kay, I learned that everything she told me was backed up by action and outcome. She's straight forward and knows her stuff. Kay really worked for us, she kept after the VA, kept after the lender; keeping us moving the whole time. I'd recommend KC Mortgage to ANYONE looking for purchase or refi!

  I was referred to Kay at KC Mortgage by a friend so I went into my business relationship with Kay without ever knowing her. Kay was the first mortgage person that gave me her undivided attention. My situation was pretty complicated and she never rushed me at all. After explaining my situation to her, which included some of my personal experiences, she gave me many different options. The real thing that Kay gave me was hope!! As the weeks progressed, Kay would always answer my calls or texts, no matter when it was. My situation had several ups and downs, to include some serious panic moments. Kay quickly became a friend who genuinely cared about me and getting my son and I into a great home. It is not often that I would write a review but my experiences with Kay were extremely rare in this day in age. Kay made the impossible happen while maintaining a very cool, calm demeanor the whole time. Kay kept me calm and helped me through everything. I can honestly say that Kay and I will remain friends and there is absolutely no one else that I would ever choose over her for my mortgage needs. Even after everything was said and done, Kay continues to check on my son and I. Kay is a GREAT person!!!!
