- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Is it department policy to claim they show up for a welfare check, when really the neighbors just don't like the appearance of people at a specific location? Don't get me wrong, this department has been guilty of gross negligence and a facist attitude for as long as I can remember(I've lived here for almost 37 years) but is this kind of harassment really ok with the community they supposedly serve?By Matt Milius, May 18, 2017
