  I was initially denied social security disability and when I appealed it with Rita I got it on the first try. Rita did a lot of research for my case and asked questions during my appointment with the judge and vocational expert that I never would have thought to ask. I most likely wouldn't have received my social security disability benefits if she wasn't there. Thank you Rita.

  In January of 2013, while I was being medically retired from the U.S. Army for back injuries incurred while being deployed, it was suggested to me that I apply for Social Security Disability benefits. So, I went to the local office and applied, and got denied. Someone suggested that I contact Rita Heyborne and file an appeal. She took care of everything, from filing the actual appeal to gathering all the evidence needed. By the time the hearing for the appeal had come, October of 2013, I had moved to Idaho. Rita hopped a plane and flew to Boise, Idaho to represent me during the hearing. I went in, answered all the questions with Rita as my attorney and based on all the info we provided, I won the appeal. I could not have done that without Rita's help. I will recommend her to anyone who asks me who to hire as an attorney for filing an appeal. Thank you again Rita for all your help.
