- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Excessive fees. Fees to close an account. Overdraft fees are as bad if not worse than big banks.. Poor service on debit cards. I had a freeze put on my card on Friday afternoon. No call or contact as most other financial institutions do. Found out by trying to use my card at a restaurant only to have it declined. Then found out there was not a person I could talk to to get the free removed. Had to go to the branch Saturday and when the teller called the office responsible for removing freezes we got someone's voice-mail. Hideous customer service. Do not recommend.By marie nellist, January 15, 2017
